SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

ADVENTURE GEAR & INSTALLATION: Some products sold by We Love ADV are designed for off-road and adventure motorcycling use. You acknowledge that motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity. We Love ADV is not responsible for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use, installation, or misuse of our products. It is your responsibility to ensure all parts are installed correctly by a qualified technician.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND MODIFICATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. We Love ADV reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or errors in pricing.

We Love ADV is powered by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. You acknowledge that any sales transactions are made directly between you and We Love ADV, and you release Shopify from any claims arising from your purchase.
